With his mind on his money and his money on his mind, rapper Snoop Lion voiced his opinion that Michael Vick should be the Eagles starting quarterback.

“Vick, Vick, Vick, it better be Vick,” the artist formerly known as Snoop Dogg said alongside DeSean Jackson as he was interviewed by NFL.com. [Check out the video here.]

Jackson said last week that the Eagles players “need to go into training camp prepared and know who is going to be our starting quarterback.”

He later clarified his comments and said, "I wish I could know, but at the end of the day, that's the coach's decision.”

“Honestly, having a new coach, Chip Kelly coming in there, he kind of kept everything, you know, open,” the wideout said to NFL.com. “I was with the twos, I was with the threes, so, I mean it’s hard to really tell right now. He’s coming from college, he doesn’t care who you [are]. He wants you to go out there and work hard.”

The Eagles quarterback situation will likely be the main storyline as training camp opens at the NovaCare Complex on July 25. Get more information on the team’s training camp schedule here.
