Nerlens Noel, recovering from an ACL tear in his left knee, is expected to miss the entire 2013-14 season for the 76ers.

Sixers coach Brett Brown made the remarks before Monday's preseason game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Sixers acquired Noel via a trade in the June draft, sending All-Star point guard Jrue Holiday to the New Orleans Pelicans.
