OBEY artist Shepard Fairey was busy in town this week.
The Philadelphia Mural Arts Program teamed up with the renowned artist to do three murals in Philadelphia – one of which he started in Fishtown on Monday named "Lotus Diamond."
Thursday he signed bottles, designed with his signature style, of Hennessy V.S Limited Edition at Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and was the guest of honor at two parties. The events were all well attended, DJ Hollywood kept the vibes high during the cocktail hour and popular Philly-born DJ Cosmo Baker. At one point Fairey took over the tables and continued the party before returning to his VIP area where he met with fans and posed for photos.
