Philadelphia’s Mexican Cultural Center held a festival for Mexico’s independence on Sunday at Penn’s landing as part of PECO’s Multicultural Series.

Philadelphia's Mexican Cultural Center held a festival for Mexico's independence on Sunday at Penn's landing as part of PECO's Multicultural Series.

The event featured live three live bands and vendors offering traditional crafts amd food. Families of Hispanic heritage from around the Philadelphia area came out to celebrate.
