Concoctions ranged in style from the classic Spumoni made by Llloyd Whiskey Bar's Scott Coudriet using Old Forester, cherry heering, house-made pistachio orgeat, egg white and absinthe to the Wake N' Bake – a "hungover breakfast-inspired concoction" of Old Forester, egg white, fresh citrus, bacon and maple syrup cooked up by Time Restaurant's Tim Heuisler. The Trestle's own Jake Goldberg brought NOLA to Phila with his boozy Tears of The Bayou beverage, which is a sticky sensation made using Old Forester, lazzaroni amaretto, fernet branca, black walnut bitters, absinthe and bourbon soaked cherries.
