By the light, da da da da, of the sil-ver-y moon..

Photographer Frank Rausch will give a seminar Saturday, Sept. 29, on how to shoot photos by moonlight.

The session at the historic Montgomery Cemetery will start at 8 p.m. The cemetery is located at 1 Hartranft Ave., Norristown, Montgomery County, Pa. 19401.

Rausch will lead a guided tour through the cemetery, picking out photogenic spots, and then will instruct participants on how to “paint” with light, using only the full moon and a flashlight.

Rausch says participants should wear sturdy shoes and bring a camera, flashlight and tripod. Refreshments will be served.

Rain date is Sunday, Sept. 30.

The cost is $20, and space is limited to 25 people. For advance registration, call 610-272-0297.
