Rendell: Turnpike lease not dead

Gov. Rendell couldn't get his controversial Turnpike lease legislation off the ground in the just-concluded Harrisburg session, but he'll come back in the fall, Rendell said, in a PennDOT press release, deadlined Monroeville, home of influential lease oppoent State Rep. Joseph Markosek.
