QVC to list on Nasdaq
Liberty announces tracking shares QVCA, QVCB
QVC, the profitable West Chester home-shopping network owned by John Malone's Liberty Interactive Media, will be publicly-traded as a "tracking stock" on the Nasdaq stock market, in a stock split of the tracking shares currently isused by the company's Liberty Interactive Group, Liberty says here. Shares will trade as QVCA and QVCB.
