Old City, modern office: Sold for $1.7M

ex-Robinson Alarm at 460-74 N. 2 St. Philadelphia

Pennhurst Realty Group paid $1.7 million to buy the 2-story, 22,000 sq ft former Robinson Alarm building at 460-74 North 2nd St. from ex-owner Noble St. Associates, says broker Colliers International.  Site has been home to Lit UltraBar, a membership group that calls itself "Philadelphia's most popular nightclub."

Colliers' Michael Barmash represented buyer Pennhurst; US Realty's Greg Bianchi represented seller Noble Street Associates. Colliers' Barmash is advertising for new tenants; part of the building is vacant. The property includes 40 off-street parking spaces, plus elevator service.
