Jeff, How can you put PSU behind USC? Didn't USC lose to Oregon State? Didn't PSU beat Oregon State? While I know the chances are remote, give PSU a chance to make it to the championship game!

Jeff,- how's this for logic: AP PSU #6, Coaches Poll PSU #6, Harris Interactive PSU #6, Computer Rankings Average PSU #7, BCS Standings (combination of Coaches poll, Harri and Computer rankings) PSU #8!!! That tells you all you need to know about the validity of the BCS.

I've always been in favor of an 8-game playoff like my man Obama. Fans of the BCS say a playoff would take away from the regular season like March Madness does in college hoops. I don't buy that entirely. It's college football, where every Saturday is an event. Plus, could you imagine the amount of attention seven playoff games would generate nationally? It would be insane.
