Bill Iezzi: District 30 Wrestling

I'm going to Overbrook today (Feb. 19) to watch the District 30 wrestling tournament. It's scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m.

Of the 10 teams represented, Washington Township and Timber Creek will probably come up with the most wins. Township and Timber Creek were state runners-up in the Group 4 and Group 3 team championships, respectively.

The top three wrestlers from each of 14 weight classes to emerge from this will advance to Region 8 competition.
