Jones commits to Hartford

Neumann-Goretti senior Mustafaa Jones has given an oral commitment to play men’s basketball at the University of Hartford. The 5-foot-11 guard chose the Hawks over Hampton, New Hampshire, Columbia and Brown last night. Jones will be able to sign a binding national letter of intent during the Nov. 11-18 early-signing period.
