On the other hand, the exec director of the museum had full authority to allow others to use the boats. Not guilty there. The Sen had no responsibility legally for CA tax returns. Not guilty there. The drivers to the Vineyard testified they took vacation time and/or comp time to transport computer equipment along with baggage. Not guilty there. And there is no law requiring telling media the truth. Not guilty. Not guilty. Not guilty. Ruth? So not guilty she should not have been charged.

BREAKING NEWS: Bush, Cheney, and Rove admit conspiring to bring down Fumo. Said the former president "We knew Fumo was an honest guy so we needed to manufacture and plant evidence. We knew it wouldn't be easy to tarnish his impeccable reputation so we called in the FBI, IRS, CIA, ATF, FCC,and the SPCA for help. It didn't work." Upon confirming the news, Judge Ronald L. Buckwalter dismissed all charges against the defendants. Fumo hugged his attorney and made a brief statement "Let's go celebrate at Woody's....but I'm not buying drinks for none of you". Stay tuned for more breaking news...

Pendo- Absolutely! The man has no courage and will take the easy way out. He turned down a deal that would of given him only a year in jail and repayment of $1 milion. No guts Fumo!

Sammy B -- "All the good that was done [over] 30 years" is not an excuse for commiting fraud. "I got the snow on the streets cleared therefore I am entitled to be a thief?" Is that it? Sorry, the guy's a thief and deserves to go down. And he will.

Pendo, you are very mean spirited to wish death for anyone. Sammy B, 98 people did not forget. They pretend not to know. Mensa1, Ruth is a kind considerate person giving of herself to Manna and fighting Breast Cancer and other worthy causes.

Are you out of your mind Diva! Ruth is a caustic, manipulative wannaby who jumped onto Vince's coatails when she was his receptionist. She has trashed more people than Howard Stern has ever and deserves the same fate as her boss. What goes around comes around! I'll be glad when these two names are off the front page forever.

Whether you like Fumo, Arnao or not is irrevelent. Did he commit crimes? Not convinced. Ultimately, it is up to the Jury. A big smear campaign and character attacks do not necessarily mean facts.

Arnao's attorney used the same logic when he was defending the mob guys. A crook is a crook is a crook. I hope the jury sees this.
