The sweets on a new school breakfast menu are getting a sour reaction from at least one Woodbury, NJ parent.
Morning treats for Evergreen Avenue Elementary School students include a "super donut" (yum!), "muffin loaf" (?) and even "Pop Tarts" (yuck).
"Me and my husband both have Type-2 diabetes, so we're very aware of the problems an improper diet can cause," the mother of a second-grader tells the Gloucester County Times.
Despite the sugary-sounding names -- "mini cinnis," anyone? -- the items meet federal and state nutritional guidelines, officials say.
