"Walking on Sunshine"

The Legal Intelligencer has a New York Post quality headline for its story on the legal fight between Mayor Nutter and local newspapers over his habit of holding closed-door budget meetings: "Walking on Sunshine."

The state open meetings law, of course, is often referred to as the sunshine act. A subscription is required to read the Intelligencer's article.
