Fattah on Campbell's passing

U.S. Rep. Chaka Fattah issued this statement on Carol Ann Campbell's death: "Carol Ann Campbell’s heart and soul were imbedded in Philadelphia, its citizens, and in the Democratic Party. In continuing the rich legacy of public service of the Campbell family, Carol Ann worked passionately on behalf of her West Philadelphia constituents and neighbors.
