Dollar Dog Night!
It's Dollar Dog Night at the Wachovia Center on Thursday!
If one of your favorite nights at Citizens Bank Park this season was Dollar Dog Night, then you will love this Thursday's Flyers game.
The Flyers announced today that Thursday, when they take on the Boston Bruins in a preview of the Winter Classic at the Wachovia Center at 7:00 p.m., fans will be able to purchase Dietz & Watson hot dogs for one dollar.
It is the perfect way to spend a night off from the NLCS.
"Dollar Dog Night is one of our most popular nights," said Flyers senior VP of business operations, Shawn Tilger. "Last season we sold 20,000 hot dogs on Dollar Dog Night … we anticipate topping our number from last year."
That's more than one dog per person.
The Flyers are also home on Saturday and Sunday nights.
