Saturday's forecast is for 70 degrees and sunny, and that means somewhere around 50,000 people will descend on Walnut Street from Broad Street past Rittenhouse Square from noon to 6 p.m. for the annual Rittenhouse Row Spring Festival.

Among the crowds and the music will be block after block of fine foods and drinks for purchase and sampling. The fun continues on 18th Street from Locust to Sansom.

Buttoned up nice and neat in this PDF is pretty much a road map for the food at the festival.

Know that Avance will be selling its signature lamb burgers outside the restaurant at 1523 Walnut. And Oyster House will be selling lobster rolls on the 1500 block of Walnut - and Luke's Lobster will sell 'em on the 1600 block, as will Happy Rooster. Capital One will offer free cotton candy on the 1600 block. The Prime Rib will sell prime rib sandwiches on the 1700 block. Food trucks will park on the 19th Street side of the square.

At 19th and Walnut, The Dandelion will host a beer garden with made-to-order favorites, British ales and cocktails. Back for the second year, the Starr Smallwares Sale will feature discounted china, glassware, and miscellaneous tabletop accessories for purchase. All proceeds benefit Philabundance.
