Barbecue championship in North Wildwood

Stronger Than the Storm is backing a neat free event July 12-14 in North Wildwood: The New Jersey Barbecue Championship and  Anglesea Blues Festival.

The open-air festival - featuring a championship barbecue competition, cooking demonstrations, and food and beverage vendors - is expected to draw tens of thousands.

The BBQ side is sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbecue Society.
