William Foster, the career criminal who killed Sgt. Timothy Simpson in a car crash in Port Richmond in November, got a five to 10-year state prison in Bucks County for a probation violation. Bigger sentences certainly loom in Foster's future, whenever he ends up in court to face third degree murder charges for Simpson's death. Said the judge who gave Foster probation back in 2007: "The sentence I gave originally seemed appropriate at the time." Click here to read more.
