Two men hospitalized after N. Philly shooting

Police are investigating a double shooting in North Philadelphia that left two men hospitalized in stable condition Wednesday night.

Shots were fired around 10:50 p.m. on Somerset Street near 25th Street.

Police said both victims are in their 30s.

Chief Inspector Scott Small said one man was shot in his leg, and the other was wounded in his foot.

Both men were taken to Temple University Hospital, where police said they were listed in stable condition as of 11:45 p.m.

Information on a possible motive and suspect description was not immediately available.
