Police: Teen shot to death in North Philadelphia
Police were investigating a shooting on a North Philadelphia street that left a 17-year-old boy dead Sunday night.
A 17-year-old boy was fatally shot in North Philadelphia just before 9 o'clock Sunday night, police said.
The teen was outside on Stillman Street just north of Somerset when he was shot in the head, police said. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene at 9:09 p.m.
Police said no arrest had been made, and spokeswoman Officer Tanya Little said information about a suspect was not immediately available.
