The law finally caught up with the man whom authorities say was involved with the Easter Sunday murder of a West Philly teen.
Julian Frisby was arrested about 5:30 tonight by U.S. Marshals and Philly homicide detectives who tracked him to a house in Norristown, where he was hiding in the basement, authorities said.
An arrest warrant was issued on April 28 for Frisby in connection with the murder of Jarrell Seay, 18, who was shot in the chest on his family’s front porch on 55th Street near Thompson.
Police have said Frisby and another man, who has not been identified, knocked on Seay’s front door moments after he and his family finished eating dinner.
Seay stepped outside and was shot moments after he exchanged words with Frisby and his accomplice, police said. The Wyncote Academy senior died a short while later.

Is it me, or is this POS halfway smirking in this picture? Won't be smirking when it's time to give up that booty.

If anyone leaves silly or racist comments. Please remember the family and circumstance. This could happen to any of us. I feel so bad for the father as I am a dad of four myself. SIr I hope you and your family find peace.

Everytme I see the father being interviewed my heart just sinks. He was the one who answered the door and called his boy to the door. On Easter no less. Something has to change. This city sucks.

Yes, a very bad scene indeed on Easter Sunday. The suspect does have a smirk on his face. I would certainly like to know what Young Seay could have possibly done to bring such hell to his home...or could it have been a case of mistaken identity?
