Police: 2, including teen, wounded in Frankford shooting

A man and a teenager were wounded in a shooting in the city's Frankford section Thursday afternoon.

A man and a teenager were wounded in a shooting in the city's Frankford section Thursday afternoon.

Police said the two were on Sanger Street near Oakland just after 4 p.m. when someone shot the man twice in the back and the teen, a 16-year-old boy, once in the right leg. The man, whose age and identity police did not know, was taken to Temple University Hospital in critical condition. The teen was taken to Aria Health's Frankford hospital and listed in stable condition.

Police did not have information on a motive or any suspects in the shooting.
