A man was in stable condition after he was shot twice Friday morning in South Philadelphia, police said.

A man was in stable condition after he was shot twice Friday morning in South Philadelphia, police said.

The 20-year-old man was shot once in the foot and once in a leg on Dickinson Street near 23rd at 11:40 a.m.

The man was driven to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Police have no arrests or motive for the shooting.
