Man arrested in bank robbery

Raymond Mann, 26, of Oxford Circle, was arrested in connection with a bank robbery at Citizens Bank branch in Rhawnhurst on March 10, police said.

About 1:45 p.m., Mann slid a demand note to a teller at the bank on Cottman Avenue near Large Street and ran away with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

A tipster contacted police, and Mann was arrested Monday without incident.

Mann is being held on $100,000 bail in the Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility, and is scheduled to appear in court on March 29, according to court documents.
