Police are searching for two male suspects in connection with a double shooting in the parking lot of a Boston Market on Levick Street at Bustleton Avenue and the Roosevelt Boulevard at about 7:30 p.m. Friday.
Police said a 21-year-old man was shot four times in the chest and neck and a 34-year-old was shot in the hand as the two sat insisde a Chevy Tahoe.
The man who was shot in the chest and neck was taken to Einstein Medical Center in critical condition. The other man, who was shot in the left index finger, was transported to Einstein and listed in stable condition.
Police said the two suspects fled the scene in a blue Dodge Avenger.

grew up around these parts, feel bad the cops in the neast are working too hard...
until the mentality of the youth changes, this is all you'll see, murder murder murder...
it's just ashame when innocents get caught up in it, which i doubt apply' in this case...

- Philly is approx. 42% black, yet roughly 80% of the MURDERS and violent crime are committed by blacks. YOu can't blame it on poverty.

Youth drug use
HS DROPOUT
Poverty.
OK, let's compare BLACKS and HISPANICS. two MINORITIES, neither really considered more advantaged than the other
YOUTH DRUG USE - Blacks and Hispanics = SAME
GANG INVOLVEMENT RATES - SAME
POVERTY RATES - SAME, about 22-25%
HS DROPOUT RATE - Hispanics have DOUBLE the HS DROPOUT RATE of blacks
OK, so Hispanics suffer from the EXACT SAME negative socioeconomic factors affecting blacks at the SAME or WORSE LEVELS
Hispanics are 18% of the US population, blacks are 12%
PER the FBI/DOJ, BLACKS COMMIT 50% of MURDERS and are 50% of VIOLENT OFFENDERS IN PRISON.
12% of the population and 50% of MURDERS/violent crime
that would mean that HISPANICS, 18% of the population would commit 75% of MURDERS/VIOLENT CRIME if those factors CAUSE MURDER AND VIOLENCE
Wait, HUH? that adds up to 125% without even including whites!
IN FACT, even though HISPANICS have the SAME factors ALLEGED TO EXPLAIN the OUTRAGEOUS LEVEL OF VIOLENT CRIME/MURDER from blacks at the SAME OR WORSE LEVELS
HISPANICS COMMIT LESS THAN HALF THE VIOLENT CRIME/MURDERS AS BLACKS
Hispanics = 18% of the population, 25% of MURDERS/VIOLENT CRIME
BLACKS - 12% of the population, 50% of MURDERS/VIOLENT CRIME

With all the manpower going to the areas that have most of the criminal activities . . . the bad guys take advantage of the area that have the least police coverage.
