PhillyClout will be calling in to WIP-610AM this morning at 7:30 a.m. to discuss our reporting on the negotiated deal between the city and the Philadelphia Eagles on a long-running financial dispute.

The city wanted $8 million in skybox revenue from the Eagles for the 2000 and 2001 seasons at Veterans Stadium.  The Eagles said the city owed the team $8 million for botched playing surface conditions that prompted a 2001 pre-season game to be canceled.

A two-part court ruling -- the first came yesterday, the rest comes next week -- is expected to have the Eagles pay the city somewhere between $0 and $3 million.
