Mariano Sends Best Wishes to Keller, Mulgrew

Former City Councilman Rick Mariano, who is doing time in prison for corruption, told us that his thoughts are with state Rep. William Keller and Traffic Court Judge Bob Mulgrew, whose offices were raided by federal agents this week.

"I pray that Keller and Mulgrew get through this with out any jail time," Mariano said via email. If I could speak with them, I would tell them to stay focused and remember that the feds do not play. Take this serious and do what is best for them and their families."

Federal agents Wednesday raided the district office and a private business of Keller, as well as the home and office of Mulgrew and the homes of three Keller associates.

Mariano is serving six years for corruption in minimum-security federal prison in Lewisburg, Pa
