Former Prison Commissioner Launches Safety Web Site

Leon King, the former commissioner of the Philadelphia Prison System who has been working this year as an aide to City Councilman Frank Rizzo, has launched a web site to collect and discuss ideas on how to make the city a safer place.  King told Clout [last item] last week that he is leaving Rizzo's staff and seriously considering a run for judge.
