Man held for trial in strangulation death

A West Chester man accused in the stangulation death of a neighbor was held for trial today on all charges, including murder and robbery.

Jorge Davila, 39, is accused of "hog-tying" and suffocating Augusto B. Rivera, 86, who lived alone at the Apartments for Modern Living in the 200 block of South Matlack Street.an 86-A West Chester man accused in the stangulation death .
