Police ID Penndel woman, 24, who died in Bensalem bike accident

The woman who died in a bike accident in Bensalem on Wednesday was Michelle Stemme, 24, of Penndel, Bensalem police said today.

Stemme died after her bike collided with a tractor trailer near Galloway Road about 1:40 p.m. on Wednesday, police said. The truck was leaving the stable gate of Parx Casino's horse racing track. Stemme was riding toward's the stable gate entrance, police said.

Police said the investigation is continuing.
