The Eagles' road ahead

Eagles hit the road again.

For most NFL teams, hitting the road is a dubious task, but considering the Eagles haven't won at home in over a calendar year, it's probably better than the alternative. Especially, when you have some less-than-stellar teams to face on the road.

The Eagles' remaining six road opponents currently have a combined record of 5-18. Their remanining six Lincoln Financial Field foes are a combined 11-13.

In their last seven road games, the Eagles are being outscored by over a hundred points (239-135), yet they managed to win two of those contests.

For the record, after the Browns win in Cleveland Thursday night, NFL home teams are 42-22 (.656) at home this season. The 41-22 (.651) record through four weeks was the best since 2005 (39-21, .650) and 1991 (37-19, .661).
