Sixers Divided By (Final) Four

All-time list of Sixers who went to colleges in this year's Final Four.

You can probably expect some trash-talking on the part of a couple Sixers this week, except it may not be towards their opponents, but toward a teammate. Two Sixers — Kentucky's Jodie Meeks and Ohio State's Evan Turner — have teams headed to New Orleans for the Final Four.

The two schools could meet in the NCAA title game next Monday if they can get by their national semifinal opponents this Saturday.

Historically (not including the Syracuse Nationals), there are 13 men that played for the Sixers and one of this year's Final Four schools. And that doesn't include Ohio State's Herb Williams, who was acquired from the Knicks in a 1998 trade for Terry Cummings, was waived before playing for Philly, and resigned with the Knicks. (Now that's a neat trick.)
