Toomey Extinguishes Hair Fire

Sen. Pat Toomey (R.,Pa.) - deficit supercommittee member, scalp saver.

At his 50th birthday party in Washington Wednesday, Toomey interrupted his thank you speech to put out a guest's hair fire, according to The Washington Post.
