Clinton, Sanders stump in Phila. this week

Hours after the Wisconsin primary results are known Tuesday night, the Democratic race for president is coming to town.

Hillary Clinton is scheduled to speak to the state AFL-CIO convention Wednesday morning in Philadelphia, and Temple University is due to "feel the Bern" later that evening.

Sen. Bernie Sanders plans a rally at the university's Liacouras Center, 1776 N. Broad St., his campaign says. Doors open at 5 p.m.; the event starts at 8 p.m. It's open to the public, but the campaign asks for an RSVP here. (Sanders will address the union gathering Thursday morning.)

The Pennsylvania state AFL-CIO is holding its annual convention this week at the Sheraton Downtown Philadelphia.

Sanders held a narrow lead over Clinton in Wisconsin heading into Tuesday's primary vote, but the former secretary of state has amassed the most delegates toward the Democratic nomination overall. New York, on April 19, and Pennsylvania, on April 26, provide the next tests in the race.
