Shorter Tom Corbett: I never got to the bottom of what was happening at Penn State because I was the most ineffectual attorney general in American history.

Maybe it's me (not a fan of the Corbett, in case you haven't noticed), but it seems like our governor just dug himself an even deeper hole, which I did not think was possible.
