well they set a new precedent when they gave him the award for what he might do in support of peace. Maybe they can now set a new precedent by rescinding an award. Good thing the NFL didn't give the Eagles to Lombardi Trophy once they signed all those free agents to the dream team or they'd have egg on their face like the Nobel committee.

The nobel peace prize gave up what little good name it may have had when they gave it to that fat airbag Algore. Then they lost all credibilty in issuing it with a credit card to the the empty suit 0bama. Who's next-Hugo Chavez?

Bunch, Did you read this morning's Rich Hoffman's "Bill, we hardly knew ya!" mea culpa column? Wow, the straws are getting shorter since your puny offering on the matter. Like your mention of Conlin, the papers are still adhering to its "no reader comments" dictum. Maybe you should pen a piece dealing with the double standard of how the INQ and DN handle unsubstantiated sexual abuse matters. It's not so much that they've now taken a kinder, gentler approach as it is to how both papers set out to treat the Sandusky incidents as grounds for getting rid of Paterno. What ever became of "what's good for the goose is good for the gander? Surely, your loins ache with the desire of really exposing these rags, dont they Bill? Can you say, HYPOCRISY?

I think Obama should use "regime change" to dismantle terrorist networks, just like "W" did. After all no innocent people were killed in Iraq/Afghanistan, it did not blow a hole in the budget, very few US soldiers were killed and in the case of Iraq we have a stable democracy that has paid for its own liberation with oil revenue. I see 100% why people believe Obama's strategy is wrong.

Cowards way to kill. But that's about right for this country these days. Since 9/11 this land is filled with cowardly pathetic little children who realized they could (hopefully) protect their worthless hides by ceding every moral these idiots supposedly believed. And what's wrong with blowing up the odds wedding or funeral here and there? No biggie! But hey, most call themselves "kristian" so hypocrisy is no stranger. Might as well be inconsistent and hypocritical on a political as well as religious belief.

I have a lot to praise Obama for, but these extra-judicial killings – assassinations, really – and his signing of the NDAA wipes all that out. Not only were many innocent people murdered on executive order, including an American citizen, now Americans *inside the United States* can be targeted just on the say so of some intelligence officer (I believe the language of NDAA is vague on purpose).
But to those who say we libs are going to vote for Obama anyway, you’re right. Believe it or not, the Republicans are even worse. Now are some of you getting OWS?
