Football: Thompson transferring from Florida

Former Archbishop Wood standout Colin Thompson confirmed that he is in the process of transferring from Florida after two years.

The 6-foot-4, 260-pound tight end said he is "still looking" for a new home. He is considering Central Florida, North Carolina, Penn State, Stanford, Temple, and Villanova.

Thompson, a redshirt sophomore from Warminster, was slowed at Florida by foot and ankle injuries.
