The Bon Jovi axman, seeking an investment and a change of scenery, has signed an agreement to buy a condo way up high in 57-story Two Liberty Place. He'll join such folks as former mayoral hopeful Tom Knox, who recently bought half of a somewhat lower floor. (Knox will only be on the 46th.)

Sambora, who owns a piece of the Philadelphia Soul (as does Bon Jovi front man

), is expected to stick around after next week's Wachovia Center shows to talk about his new pad. He may spill the price tag, which likely is in the high seven figures.
Sambora told People mag recently that he's recovering from a horrible 2007, including the death of his father from lung cancer, his divorce from
Heather Locklear
, alcohol rehab, a custody battle, and a breakup with
Denise Richards
. He told the mag that he's helping his mother and raising awareness for lung cancer.
