Vineland man dies of coronary after carjacking

Police say a 72-year-old Vineland, N.J., man suffered a heart attack and died after being carjacked in his hometown. Witnesses told police that they saw two men confront Milton Belote outside Vineland Kosher Poultry shortly after noon yesterday.

Belote told an employee that he was robbed and pulled out of his truck at gunpoint. Police and emergency crews who responded found Belote in distress. He was taken to South Jersey Regional Medical Center and pronounced dead at 12:38 p.m. Police are looking for two people who fled in Belote's blue Dodge Dakota pickup.
