Airport nears full recovery from Friday snowstorm

A day after the year's biggest snowstorm caused more than 200 canceled or delayed flights, Philadelphia International Airport was almost back to normal yesterday, airport officials said.

Low visibility prevented or delayed some flights out, they said.

Friday's storm stranded about 200 passengers overnight. Those who remained in the terminals were offered pillows, blankets and snacks.
