Free child safety-seat inspections will be scheduled during the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's "Click It or Ticket" campaign from Monday to Nov. 27, Pennsylvania State Police Commissioner Frank E. Pawlowski said Wednesday in a news release. Pawlowski said troopers will teach parents how to install and use safety seats correctly.

Information about inspection locations is available by calling any state police barracks or by visiting the "News and Media" link at www.psp.state.pa.us, the release said.

During the campaign period, troopers will also conduct educational traffic safety checkpoints and will focus traffic law enforcement efforts in areas with traditionally high numbers of crashes, the release said.
