Johnsrud Architects, a Trevose laboratory-design firm, promoted John Natsis to associate principal from project manager and Eric Morgan and Michael A. Morris to associates from designers.

Graham Co., a Philadelphia insurance and employee-benefits broker, announced three internal promotions.

Calvin Cass, who has served as an account manager on the health and human-services team and is a member of the company's leadership development group, is vice president.

Beth Davis, a member of the personal-lines group, has been promoted from personal-lines manager to vice president. She is also a member of the company's management committee and leadership-development group.

Richard Ogle was promoted to vice president from production coordinator.

Opportunity Finance Network, a Philadelphia-based conglomerate of 202 community-development financial institutions nationwide, hired Todd Eachus as chief external-affairs officer and Fran Lutz as chief financial officer. Eachus is the former majority leader of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Lutz had been group CFO for Devon International Group.

Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation has named Ruth Auslander director of corporate relations. She had been director of strategic partnerships, events, and digital content and marketing and partnerships manager at Philadelphia Media Network (former parent company of The Inquirer, Daily News, and Philly.com) and president at RAMP!             

Bill England has been named project director for the Philadelphia area's Retired and Senior Volunteer Program, a nonprofit group that promotes volunteerism among those 55 and older. He had been director of the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania's civic-engagement department, including the regional volunteer center.

Jennifer Simmons has been named breast-surgery chief at Einstein Montgomery Medical. Simmons is the former director of the breast-health program at Aria Health Care System in Philadelphia.

Apex IT Group, Pennsauken, has named Howard Borochaner chief operating officer after the merger of the company with Link365, a cloud-computing provider owned by Borochaner.

Caliper Corp., a global human-capital management assessment and development firm in Princeton, hired Tony Rutigliano as senior vice president of consulting services and Frank Constanzo as senior vice president of sales. Rutigliano had been a senior practice expert at Gallup. Constanzo had been managing director and vice president of government business development at Peterson's Nelnet.

Bryn Mawr Hospital, part of Main Line Health, has appointed Marianne Harkin vice president of patient services and Velvette Jones vice president of administration. Harkin had been senior director of professional practice at NYU Langone Medical Center in New York City. Jones had been chief operating officer at Presbyterian Hospital in Huntersville, N.C.

Saladax Biomedical Inc., a Bethlehem developer of medical-diagnostic products, has hired Mark D. Myslinski as senior vice president and chief commercial officer. He had been president and CEO of RedPath Integrated Pathology Inc.

Glen P. Trudel has joined Ballard Spahr as a partner in its Wilmington office. Trudel joins the firm from the Wilmington office of Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz L.L.P., where he was a partner. He is also a former senior vice president and counsel at MBNA America N.A.-Bank of America.

Glenmede, a privately held investment and wealth-management firm, has hired Timothy Fisk as vice president, wealth adviser. He had been vice president and trust specialist in the wealth-structuring group at Merrill Lynch. Jeffrey Coron has been hired as director of institutional and intermediary distribution of Glenmede Investment Management. He had been senior vice president and head of the client-relations group for Advisors Asset Management Inc.

Andrew Murphy has been elected vice chair of the Federation of Regional, State and Local Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Societies, a professional association. He is an asthma, allergy and clinical immunology doctor and allergy-section chief at Chester County Hospital.

TMG Health Inc., a King of Prussia firm that handles claims administration and other services for Medicare, Medicaid, and other health plans, has hired Jeanne Wisnewski as director of development and business integration for Medicaid services. She had been director of provider relations for Blue Cross.
