Pre-construction work for the first phase of the project - designing and building an urban master-planned community - has an estimated cost of approximately $285 million, Hill said in a release. The project is the South Quay phase of the Eastbridge mixed-use development in Port of Spain, Trinidad.
The Marlton-based project- and construction-management company said the completed project would have 400 residential units, retail and commercial space, and related parking.
