Atlas Pipeline Partners L.P. today priced a public offering of 5 million partner units at $37.52 each, and expects to net $179.6 million to fund the termination of some crude oil derivatives agreements.
Atlas Pipeline Partners L.P. today priced a public offering of 5 million partner units at $37.52 each, and expects to net $179.6 million to fund the termination of some crude oil derivatives agreements.
The offering price is the same as the Wednesday closing price for Atlas shares. The offering will close Tuesday, the company said.
Shares in the Allegheny County company were up 98 cents, to $38.50 in morning trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
The company is an energy-services provider that transmits, gathers, and processes natural gas.
