Gasoline prices continued their recent declines over the weekend, with the average for a gallon of regular falling by a penny to $3.10 today in Philadelphia, and by a cent in South Jersey, to $2.88, AAA Mid-Atlantic said.

At the same time, the national average fell two cents, to $3.01 per gallon, the auto club said.
