‘Tourism assessment’ slated for Gloucester County

South Jersey Tourism Corp. and Gloucester County are partnering to assess the potential for drawing more tourists to the county.

The Tourism Assessment Program, which includes an online survey, was developed by Temple University School of Tourism & Hospitality Management National Laboratory for Tourism and eCommerce.

Tourism spending currently totals $3.1 billion a year in South Jersey, according to a press release about the new initiative.
