Three men arrested for sticking up a Chinatown massage parlor Monday were expected to be charged last night with two robberies at similar establishments and are under investigation for several more, police said.

The trio's alleged streak ended shortly after, authorities said, they burst into the New World Spa Massage, a 24-hour parlor on Race Street near 12th, about 3 a.m. Monday and were surrounded by police.

Two of the men surrendered peacefully, and the third was captured hours later holed up on the roof, police said.

Anthony Oliver, 27, and Jermaine Robinson, 23, both of Sterner Street near Gurney, Kensington; and Hakeen Willis, 28, of Emily Street near 6th, South Philadelphia, face charges including burglary, robbery and possessing instruments of a crime, polcie said.

They were expected to be similarly charged in the robberies of two other Chinatown massage parlors - the Happy One, on 10th Street near Arch, which was robbed of more than $300 and jewelry July 31 - and Adam's Apple, on 9th Street near Callowhill, where a cell phone and more than $200 were taken Aug. 8, according to Lt. Frank Vanore, police spokesman.

Police said they also are investigating whether the men are linked to other massage-parlor robberies.
