THE VOTES have been tallied and it's time to introduce the sexiest singles in Philadelphia.
They are teachers, TV personalities, office workers and waitresses. One even drives for SEPTA. Maybe you've ridden her route.
They're a diverse group from all around the tri-state area.They range in age from early 20s to 55. Some are divorced with kids and hoping to start dating again. Others are new to the game.
This year, we had a record number of applications — about 500 in all. (Thanks for sending all those photos of your friends, co-workers and relatives.) We spotted some of the folks at scouting expeditions at North by Northwest, Bump and McFadden's. Others have high-profile careers we've followed from afar. Some even nominated themselves.
Last month, the judges went through every application, looking for standouts. And we found a great bunch of single men and women. Over the next several days, you'll see them on the pages of the Daily News. You can also take a look at
